01 Month
Defined the core product scope around bring-your-own medical document intake, referral handling, and patient follow-up. Designed the system architecture with a focus on operating outside hospital portals, privacy compliance (PIPEDA), and mobile-first capture.
02 Month
Implemented secure upload and capture of PDFs and photos directly from mobile and web. Built the initial AI pipeline to classify documents (referrals, labs, prescriptions) and extract key metadata such as dates, providers, and document intent.
03 Month
Developed workflow logic to automatically create action items from referrals and medical documents. Implemented timing-aware reminders based on clinic hours, user availability, and urgency preferences, replacing manual follow-up steps.
04 Month
Built the core patient-facing web and mobile interface with dashboards, history views, and action tracking. Added secure role profiles (user, dependant) and sharing controls to support family and caregiver workflows.
05 Month
Aligned the platform with PIPEDA requirements, including consent flows, audit logging, and encrypted data storage. Prepared the system for beta rollout with real users, focusing on reliability, notification accuracy, and end-to-end referral completion.
