Required Skills
- You’ve got experience in lead generation or sales in IT services (Web, Mobile, AI/ML, DevOps, and Big Data)—bonus points if you’ve worked with Upwork, Freelancer.com, or similar platforms.
- You have a good grasp of AI, software development, or tech outsourcing, and can understand a client’s needs.
- You’re detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable owning your work with minimal supervision.
- You can write like a pro in English, and ideally, understand German.
- You know your way around a CRM and understand the importance of good data hygiene.
- You enjoy collaborating, learning fast, and being part of a remote-first, international team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Hunting: Sourcing leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, and other similar platforms to identify and source high-potential leads. Searching for clients for outstaffing, outsourcing, and product teams
- Resume Whispering: Adapt engineers’ CVs and portfolios to perfectly match client expectations, making sure we shine in every proposal.
- Automation: Using automation tools (LinkedHelper, GigRadar) to optimize outreach
- Managing LinkedIn pages, writing personalized messages, and following up leads
- Managing leads with CRM systems like Snov.io, Apollo, HubSpot
- Organizing and analyzing data, reporting to Sales department and CEO
