Implementation Details

  • Our team developed a multi-omics AI data platform enabling the generation of drug candidates with desired physicochemical (logP, logS, pKa, BBBP, etc.) and biological (binding affinity, metabolic stability, toxicity, side effects, etc.) properties. The platform included a web portal, genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics data processing, multi-omics data lakehouse, and knowledge graph combined with Generative AI . Our team proposed the vision and built this product from the ground up without external technical or domain oversight.
